We want you to be happy with your Reef Photo & Video purchase!
To that end, please carefully inspect your package upon receipt to verify that all items on the included packing slip are included in the package. Missing or damaged
items must be reported to us within seven (7) days of receipt of the shipment.
Should you discover missing or damaged products, save all boxes and packing materials and contact us immediately.
If you are unhappy with your equipment, please
contact us within ten (10) days of receiving your order. Merchandise may be returned within ten (10) days of receipt for replacement, exchange or refund only if the following conditions are true:
If any of the
above conditions have not been met, Reef Photo & Video reserves the right to
refuse the return or charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
- Equipment has not been immersed in water
- Equipment is in new, undamaged condition
- Original packaging is complete, intact and undamaged
- All accessories, o-rings, lubricants, warranty cards, etc. are included
Before returning your product(s), please print out and complete a Return Merchandise Packing Slip and include it with the returned items.
Please retain a copy of this document for your records.Please pack the products in a sturdy box with sufficient padding and always insure the box for the full replacement value. We strongly recommend that you ship via UPS, FEDEX, or any other courier that offers door-to-door tracking.
